INDIVIDUAL MUSICIAN GUIDELINES & Registration
The Castlemaine Jazz Festival is a voluntary event. Remaining funds after the event, if any, will be distributed to registered musicians as reimbursement towards expenses.
Each musician wishing to perform at The Castlemaine Jazz Festival is required to complete the Individual Musician Registration Form below.
Musician registrations close on 12th May 2018.
Arrival in Castlemaine
When you arrive in Castlemaine, you MUST complete your registration at the box office, located in the Ray Bradfield Rooms behind the Visitor Information Centre in Mostyn Street. There you sign in and collect your badge and musician's pack, which will contain all your information for the Festival.
You must register to be reimbursed.
Failure to register will disqualify you from any performance reimbursement that may be made after the Festival.
If you are playing with a band of 10 or more members, your band leader may elect to receive a single payment for all the musicians in the band, except for those who have registered and paid to play in other bands as well. You still need to register so we can capture your details for our database.
Please complete the form below in full. Your contact details are important to ensure that any matters arising can be dealt with easily. Please advise your band leader of the correct spelling of your name to avoid issues relating to mistaken identity of musicians.
Partner and Guardian Discount
Tickets for partners and guardians are now available through our booking page. To purchase tickets, please follow the link at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure partner or guardian names are included in the form below. If not listed, they will be unable to obtain their Festival wrist band.
